Never miss an IPO
you would have wanted.
A good issue opens on Tuesday. You hear about it on Friday. It closed on Wednesday. Tell IPO Bidder what you would actually apply for — it reminds you while there is still time, places the bid through your own broker, and keeps every application in one place.
- Free to start
- Bids go through your own broker
- No broker password here
The way it usually goes
Tuesday
A strong issue opens. You are in meetings.
Wednesday
It closes at 5 PM. Nobody tells you.
Friday
You read that it listed 40% up.
The issue was never the research. It was that nothing told you in time.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs without you.
- 01
Set your bar, once
Grey-market premium above 30%? Mainboard only, no SME? Subscribed at least twice over? Save it as a rule and stop checking listing sites every morning.
- 02
We remind you in time
A nudge when a matching issue opens, and another before it closes — at the lead time you pick, so the reminder lands while you can still act on it.
- 03
Apply and forget it
Bid through your own broker in a couple of taps. We then track the UPI mandate, the allotment and the listing, and tell you what needs doing next.
What you get
Everything an IPO needs from you, in one place.
Grey-market premium, in the list
GMP and subscription figures sit beside every issue, so the decision to apply happens on one screen instead of five tabs.
Reminders shaped to you
On open, before close, at allotment, at listing — choose which ones you want and how many hours of warning you need.
Your broker, your money
You connect your broker through their own login screen. Your broker credentials are never entered here, and the funds stay blocked in your account.
One ledger for everything
Every application, its mandate status, the amount blocked, and what you were allotted — in one place rather than across broker apps and SMS.
Closing-day safety net
The last day is the one people miss. A closing-today issue that matches your rules gets its own reminder, whatever else is going on.
Mainboard and SME
Track both, or filter down to the board you actually apply on. SME issues are labelled clearly so nothing surprises you at bid size.
Questions
The ones worth asking first.
Do you hold my money?
No. Bids are placed in your own broker account and the amount stays blocked in your own bank account through the UPI mandate until allotment. Nothing moves through IPO Bidder.
Do I give you my broker password?
Never. Connecting a broker sends you to that broker's own login page, and they hand back a token that lives on our server. You can disconnect it at any time from the Brokers screen.
What exactly gets applied on my behalf?
Only what you approve. You set the bid, the category and the UPI ID, and we submit it to your broker. You still approve the UPI mandate in your own UPI app — until you do, the bid is not live at the exchange, and we keep reminding you.
Why does my broker keep asking me to reconnect?
Broker sessions expire every morning at 3:30 AM IST — that is the broker's rule, not ours. We show it on every screen and reconnecting takes a few seconds, so you never discover it at the moment you press Apply.
The next good one opens soon.
Set your rule in about a minute. After that, IPO Bidder is the one keeping track.
